[GNC] Random negative income totals have appeared

I use GnuCash to run my business and have two bank accounts in USD and EUR.

Have a look at File - Properties. Do you have "Use Trading Accounts" 
enabled?

If yes, then it creates a couple of accounts under Trading - Currency - 
EUR  & USD (for me).

Now when I transfer between these accounts, or have a planned receivable 
in one currency but the customer pays in the another (happens), these 
are reflected in the Trading area.

Maybe that is what happened in your case.

I don't really understand what is going on, but it seems to work.
