[GNC] Bugzilla status

I just tried to access the GnuCash bugzilla and found that my
'perpetually logged in browser window' was logged out and now I apparently
cannot log in because I don't have any special character in my password.  I
thought that existing users could still log in.  Gmail no longer allows
efficient time-sorted searching to find recent emails about the status of
GnuCash bugzilla.  So what is the status of  GnuCash bugzilla?
