To subscribe to this list visit https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user and use the subscribe form in the middle of the page. There’s also a German list, https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-de, that might be more useful to you.

I’ve never heard of Deutsche Rentenversicherung or the EUBP FIBU before, but I find that the former is a consortium of German pension funds and the latter seems to be related to data interchange between employers and those pension funds. That’s way out of scope for GnuCash.
