[GNC] missing accounts from Balance Sheet and Income statement

I wonder if these are subaccounts. I had an issue where an expense in a
subaccount was not showing up. There is a setting (I'm not in front of the
computer right now to see where it is) where you can set tne allowed
subaccount depth.
MAYBE that's it.
