[GNC] computer change and backup

Move the .gnucash file to wherever you want on OneDrive.  You may want to
move the .gnucash.date&time.gnucash and .log files, but new ones will be
generated anyway.  I have a folder on OneDrive just for those files.

I also set the GNC_DATA_HOME environment variable to point to a (different)
folder on OneDrive, so my layout and saved reports are common across the
different machines.  These are the files that by default are
in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GnuCash.  You set GNC_DATA_HOME by
creating a file called environment.local in C:\Program Files
(x86)\gnucash\etc\gnucash on both machines containing the following:

# environment.local
[Variables]
GNC_DATA_HOME=C:/Users/username/OneDrive/another_suitably_named_folder
