[GNC] Copy and paste account into a new account

Just going to say that #1 is overkill. The prior answer, I believe, is #3.

If you're not up to editing the gcm file, you can always just delete the gcm file altogether and it will get rebuilt the next time you fire GnuCash up, using default column widths. The gcm file location is given on the wiki.
