[GNC] Copy and paste account into a new account

The theory is that you accidentally moved the balance column width to zero
pixels. The resize column for "balance" is at the right edge of the window.
You drag the window to the right to make more room for "Balance". Editing
the file will probably work as well, but I mention this for what it's worth.
