[GNC] Scheduling Monthly Transactions for Full Credit Card Balances?

I am in the US, but I don't see how this helps for missing receipts or
mis-entering an amount. I guess I could set the "amount" at a very small
number, so that practically all charges sent texts. That's an interesting
idea.
