[GNC] Preference Setting

Thank you. I may have forgotten how to post!

GNC: Build ID: git 5.12-42-g5f7017854b+(2025-08-18) (Also tried GNC
versions back to 5.8)
Also - when I hover over the sub menu icons I don't get the text popup.
I've poked around my system settings but no clues. I'm using a custom
gtk3.css file to modify GNC calendar colors and I don't
see any settings in that file that could affect the menu displays.
