Gnucash 5.13-12 was reported to crash on launch on macOS Intel 10.13 because Guile3 uses a pthread JIT memory function that’s available only in macOS 11.0 and later. As it happens that function is only useful on Apple Silicon and doesn’t actually do anything on x86_64, so we patched Guile to not call it on x86_64.
