[GNC] Spam

Your Gnucash team notes the receipt of spam mail which is passing
through to the mailing list.

Some measures have been made to the Mailman configuration to help
reduce the possibility of this happening.

New persons subscribing to the mailing list will await moderator
approval.
Newly subscribed members will be automatically moderated.

This will cause some delay to new members trying to get advice from the
list.
