[GNC] How to EASILY Select just ONE Scheduled Transaction to Create?

Hi John,

I know it's adding to the enhancements list; but I just upped that 
number now to 611.

Users can't Enable entries via Checkboxes on Scheduled Transactions Page

BTW, I really do appreciate all the folks who got GnuCash up and 
running, and help keep it alive today.
