[GNC] How to EASILY Select just ONE Scheduled Transaction to Create?

Tommy,
A correction here to my earlier email. I did create a Bugzilla request;
but it was actually to allow enabling/disabling of the checkbox in the
list of scheduled transactions. However, there is already a Bugzilla
request from a couple years back asking if an "Enter Now" button could
be added. There is limited bandwidth for GnuCash enhancements though
(actual bugs are a higher priority); so probably plan on sticking with
our workarounds for now.
