[GNC] CSS for the app itself

The file I use to get all the colors the way I like them is "gtk.css". I 
don't know where one puts such a file for a Linux installation, but I've 
attached the file. The section you're looking for is grouped under 
"Register Settings" or something like that.

I'm running Gnucash 4.14, by the way. Hopefully my settings will be 
pertinent for you.
