[GNC] Issue with Creating/Editing Scheduled Transactions with Multiple Displays?

Hi,
I often use GnuCash on a three-screen setup (Windows 11, laptop + two monitors). For me it seems like child windows (reconcile, scheduled transactions, exchange rates, etc) almost always open on a different monitor than the main GnuCash window. Sometimes I have GnuCash on screen one, and the child window opens on screen three. Sometimes I don't have screen three turned on and I don't see the child window. It's really annoying, but so consistent that it seems to be intentional so I haven't bothered reporting it.
