[GNC] Issue with Creating/Editing Scheduled Transactions with Multiple Displays?

Hi Tom,

I have three monitors, on Linux.

Gnucash behaves exactly as you describe.  I don't have one of my 
monitors turned off, so I don't have the issue you do - but, I can tell 
you when I'm looking to the far right monitor, which is where I'll work 
depending, and I open some dialog - like 'find invoice' or whatever, 
doesn't matter, it will often open on my far-left monitor.  Since I'm 
looking right, I don't catch the window opening on my peripheral 
vision... kind-of used to it.
