[GNC] Default filter setting

Stan, 

I'm not sure whether you're thinking about the discussion about default column widths? Because I don't remember anything about setting default register filters. 

Offhand, I don't know whether there is a preference setting for a default register period; maybe there is. 

However, if the filter info is also stored in the gcm file (I'm imagining it does), it should be possible to write a script to create the proper entries for all accounts in a file such that they all default to use that filter. That's what I did for the column widths.
