[GNC] New things in the import table

That is for you to decide.  The importer is saying "Hey these look like 
something already in the system.  I'm defaulting to not import.  If you 
want them then change one of the flags."

Generally I've found that I want them.  On occasions I've already 
entered the transaction (like a CC payment) and don't want them.
