[GNC] Starting from scratch

I'm currently using two financial programs, really old financial programs.

One of the programs crashes when attempting to generate even the smallest
report; it had issues in the original operating system, which got magnified
when I moved it to a more modern OS.  In addition, it has a hard stop this
year; it is incapable of handling 2027 and beyond (legacy of a decision
made n the earliest days by Microsoft)

The other program?  It actually can generate reports, including CSV
reports.  I guess I need to play with the output to see if GnuCash can deal
with it.  I'll go looking for the GnuCash import documentation.
