[GNC] Starting from scratch

MYM2QIF doesn't seem to exist any more. I went to the web site for the
program, but when I attempt to download it, I get a 404 error.
MYM2QIFW does exist, but only works on the Windows version of MYM, which I
do not have, and in addition is limited functionality unless registered.
