[GNC] Reconcile Operation overrides User-entered Ending Balance

Hi Tom,
>From the information provided, the credit card statement ending date is
in fact midnight on 7/26, not 7/27 or your charge of $150 would have appeared
on it. I would check with your credit card company to see what they use as
their definition of Statement Date versus the charges on it.
