[GNC] Unable to download gnucash 5.16

The problem is Microsoft Edge can not do the download. Switched to Firefox
and was able to download and install (Had to click more information and run
any way to Microsoft warning of unsafe download)

Tried to download a couple ways  that end up on Sourceforge. I can see the
gnucash-5.16.setup.exe download but only get Unconfirmed 846388.crdownload.
Using Windows 11 from Los Angeles Ca. Tried different mirrors including
direct, Phoenix, and Dallas
