For whatever reason the message from "Bruce" on the 6th of August that Wm
Tarr mentioned did come through the list. Possibly Bruce neglected to copy
the list on his message, or maybe the list rejected the message for some
reason.

There are some mail hosts that frequently get tagged as spam, even for
ordinary mail traffic, but they USUALLY get to the list, maybe after a
delay (by the list administrator, who happens to be traveling currently,
manually approving it).
