[GNC] Errors from jhbuild on Windows 11

IMO it’s beyond anyone without a good understanding of how MSYS2 works to make a Mingw32 build environment for GnuCash so I’ve put a new top level block on https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Building_on_Windows saying it’s broken and explaining why.
