Are you sure that advocated positions are written by real lawyers? It's more like that they take it from paralegals. I have heard of how disastrous it has been if lawyers are just using AI tools only -- like citing cases that don't exist, etc....

Since ChatGPT is not a lawyer licensed to practice law, I am not so sure that ChatGPT has the legal authority to determine the software licensing of its output.
