[GNC] Problem with decimal points for whole numbers

Hi,
In the "Charge" column of my credit card account, if an amount is a 
whole number, it displays as 25. rather than 25.00.  It changes to 25.00 
when the cursor is on the transaction.  I would like it to always 
display as 25.00.  How can I do this?
