[GNC] Only 5 of 22 quotes were successful

The remaining 17 all had error messages:

Finance::Quote reported failure with error: Thank you for using Alpha
Vantage! Please consider spreading out your free API requests more
sparingly (11 request per second).    They want requests less frequent than
1/sec.

I've looked for a configuration setting in GnuCash and Finance::Quote to
reduce my request rate but couldn't identify a suitable setting.

I would eagerly write a script for GnuCash-cli to pull each of my 22
securities but the tool doesn't seem to support --quote of a single
security specified on the command line and saved in the Price Database.

Does anyone have a slowdown solution to my issue?
