[GNC] Report Configurations

I have tried for three days to get a report exactly as I need it.  As long
as I don't get a configuration that will run, my current working config
returns to the screen with an invitation to edit it.  Yippee

However, if I do get a config to give me any report, I cannot find a way to
tweek it.  I can't get back to any configuration for tweeks once a report
runs.  Sadly, by the time one runs I have forgotten exactly what I must
have done wrong.

Instead of giving me the option to change the name of the report, how about
letting me change that and the config?
