[GNC] Budget report reflecting 13 months ago

Here is a weird one.

SO on 1st Jan 2026 I journalled all accounts to equity from Income and 
Expenses.

January 2026 has come and gone. I am doing my reports for the month of 
January selecting "Manual Period Selection" as period 1 start and end. ( 
As I have always done )

The result is it shows me period 1 of 2025!

I created a new budget (with zero values) just to test and now there are 
no actuals reflected, I have tried selecting period 13 as well.

Am I going mad?
