[GNC] Process payment shuts down program

I was just bitten by this.
My Debian Gnucash version was 5.13+ of 27th September 25

Reference to this thread helped me choose how to handle this within the
Debian package system

I have testing and unstable on my system with the preference for
testing.

	$ sudo apt update
	$ apt-cache showpkg gnucash
	Package: gnucash
	Versions:
lots snipped out here
	Provides:
	1:5.14-1 -
	1:5.13-2 -
	1:5.13-1 -

	$ sudo apt install gnucash=1:5.14-1

I chose 1:5.14-1 because I wasn't sure of the dates of the packages.
John Ralls indicated a date but I couldn't use that to ensure I got a
fixed version of 5.13

and best of all, it's all working now!

What did I see? I opened my data file to do something and found the
lock file was in place. That is really odd for me to make an error
there. When I opened the data file 'anyway' a payment I had received
and entered yesterday was still on the list of payments to be
processed. That is very odd, I save and save and save normally.

I entered the payment, Gnucash crashed, tried again for the same
result, so made a copy of my data file for further testing.
Other [fake] entries could be made and saved so but process payment
wouldn't save.
I realised that I had indeed entered the transaction, closed the box,
crashed Gnucash and not realised at the time.

My next problem is

Now I can't recall what I was going to do in my data file today ;)
