[GNC] Where is the list of saved settings for CSV transactions imports?

Strangely, the list of saved settings for CSV transactions has disappeared
from the particular instance of data used by my Flatpak version 5.14 copy
of GnuCash.  It has most of the other settings such as saved report
configurations, etc.

I want to cherry pick that list of settings from other history backups, if
it is possible.
