[GNC] Zero value in Report

It appears that the three prices with decimal values (rather than
fractions) are the problem.

For example, if I remove the 01/19 price, then the zeros on 01/19 to 01/23
go away.

Using the Security editor, I tried to change the fraction traded for COP
from 1/100 to 1/00000000,
but the editor will not allow me to do that.  Is there a way for me to
change that?
