Fred,
No, you can’t do that. There’s no such thing as a hundred-millionth of a Dollar, a Peso, or any other real currency. Currency smallest fractions are set by law in the issuing country, that law is codified for us by the ISO-4217 committee, and GnuCash hard-codes the ISO-4217 information.
