[GNC] USAA direct connect support

There are two other methods of imports in the States: OFX/QFX and QIF

OFX/QFX being the one with most transaction fidelity while QIF being lesser of two. 

Sadly open form of Direct Connect are now being rare or are going behind Quicken paywall in the name of security.

I know there used to be direct connect support for USAA, but is there any way to import transactions other than CSV now?
