[GNC] unexpected closing

3.12 or 5.12? (3.12 is many years old)

5.14 is the current version and it wouldn't hurt to update since you are
having issues.

To send a screenshot, Windows has a built-in Snip app. Alternatively,
you can hit the PrtScr button on your keyboard (if it is full-sized)
usually located just to the right of the backspace key, or the F12 key.
This takes a screenshot which you can then paste into an image app like
Paint. (and further crop or annotate as needed) Simply open Paint with a
new blank image and either choose Edit > Paste, or press CTRL-V. Save
the image, and *attach* it to a reply e-mail. (do not just paste it into
the e-mail as it will be stripped out)

Finally, please remember to reply to the list address, not just
individual users. That way, others can help if a particular person is
not available, or knowledgeable about a specific issue, and everyone can
benefit from the discussion.

Regards,
Adrien
