[GNC] Document Link

Peter,

I think on Windows & Linux, there is a paperclip icon, but I don't know 
where it shows up.

On MacOS, *if* you have Double Line Mode turned on, you'll see an "f" 
(presumably for 'file') in the "R" column to the right of Notes. (that 
column header changes to "L" when you click in the Notes field, 
presumably for 'Link')

Also, please simply send a NEW message to the list when starting a 
topic, rather than replying to an old one, or the digest. That way, it 
doesn't look as if your new topic is a reply to an existing one.
