[GNC] up date

Sourceforge downloads url is
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash (stable)/5.14/

Or you can go to https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/ and click on the
"Files" tab then "gnucash(stable)" then "5.14" to get there :-)

There are two different versions for MacOS - the Intel version is
"Gnucash-Intel-5.14-1.dmg" - the Arm version is only for the newer Apple
silicon processors.
