[GNC] "Revenues" for "Revenue" in Profit & Loss report

If you are talking about the Label for that section, then you would need 
to modify the Scheme source code.

However, you can turn off the labels (which I have done) for the man 
sections and use the top-level account names.  You can edit those 
account names to make them whatever you wish.  I turned off the labels 
because the top-level account names I used were the same as the labels.  
So, to my mind, it looked like the report was stuttering.
