[GNC] Ease of entry

Greetings, all.

I have multiple occasions in which I have a 4-way spilt - all of the
amounts are the same and I'm finding it tedious to enter the same number
four times.

I know GnuCash has variables, but I think they only work for Scheduled
Transactions.

Is there a way to make the data entry easier? Perhaps (if not using a
variable), a keyboard shortcut?
