[GNC] Ease of entry

This isn't the case of any repeated text. Most things are the same, but I'm
having to enter the same dollar amount multiple times, and I was hoping to
be able to get around this.
I knew that in a scheduled transaction, one can use variables; I wasn't
sure if variables could be used in regular data entry.
