[GNC] Warning Chat GPT

As some of you know my PC, has refused to allow me to download an 
updated version of GNU, for reasons unknown, even on here.

As a desperation move it being year-end and the fisc  will be looking to 
be paid, I reverted to  Chat GPT to see if I could find a solution.

After THREE days of  interaction with Chat, I got NOWHERE, except to be 
informed that my MS on Windows 11 was now in a state where I could only 
reset it and lose everything and install a new version.

WARNING, that isn't true, today I started the PC and all is as it was, 
BUT, I will back up everything, just in case.

I still have the issues with downloading an update of GNU......
