[GNC] Possible malware in GnuCash 3.14 for Windows

Others have talked about this exact issue.  It's a false positive.  
Workaround is to turn Norton off before/while you download.  GNUcash 
does not have a virus.  The anti-virus softwares just do not like 
uncertified software - which -- costs an arm and a leg to get (a 
certificate).  AVAST users are experiencing a similar issue.  I use 
Malwarebytes and have placed it on the whitelist (allow).  Have no 
issues.
