[GNC] New Autocomplete in 2025

While I like this particular behavior in the Transfer column, I find it annoying in the Description (and therefore the transaction auto fill) column. I had worked out a reliable and quick way to enter stock transactions in my brokerage account whereby the dividend description began with the ticker symbol ("MSFT Dividend"). This made it a matter of just a few keys to autofill a new transaction (M-S tab new amount enter), which I could do rapidly.
Now, I type the same characters, and I get every transaction with MS somewhere in it, and I have to type more just to eliminate the false hits.
I also don't like the insistence of the autofill-- by which I mean if I have an existing transaction whose description needs to be changed, the autofill dialog can pop up and overwrite the existing data unless I explicitly choose Don't.
