[GNC] Ways to make the journal more legible

Maybe ambient lighting needs adjustment, maybe the color contrast needs to be adjusted, maybe the font size is too small, maybe the monitor is too far away, maybe it's too close, maybe the monitor is too bright or too dim, or maybe it's blurry and needs to be replaced, maybe this, maybe that...
I went through a couple years of all of that, and then my friend went to the doctor. After a couple lens replacements, things are much better.
