[GNC] Trying to convert using GNU_CASH from Windows OS to new MacPro M5OS

You’ll also want to transfer the state files and any config files, see https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Backup#Related_Files.
There’s no good way that I can think of to move the preferences between operating systems, but there are instructions on that page for deploying them. You can use that to guide you through the Gnucash>Settings dialog to get it back the way you want.
