[GNC] Trying to convert using GNU_CASH from Windows OS to new MacPro M5OS

Not sure how NextCloud works but most systems like this synchronize a
folder on your computer with a version in the cloud and you only ever
access the local copy. You need to be aware of how long that
synchronisation takes if using GnuCash on multiple devices synchronized
to the same cloud files. With Dropbox it sometimes takes several
minutes after saving the file for the cloud version to be updated and
synchronized to the local files on other devices.
