[GNC] Making the journal more legible. Windows 11, Version 5.14, Build 2025-12-20

I tried increasing the text size for Windows 11: Settings/Accessibility/Text
Size and set it to 120%. That seems to have helped. Enlarged the reconcile
window so the finish tab is below a dropdown arrow. Not a  problem.
