[GNC] Trying to convert using GNU_CASH from Windows OS to new MacPro M5OS

This page while accurate is pretty confusing if you're not used to
program documentation.

look for the Paragraph "Diagrams of Configuration Locations". The
diagrams show the file locations for the configuration and saved
reports for each operating system. It translates the file location
aliases for each system.  I constructed them when I could not easily
make sense of the wiki page several years back. I haven't updated them
since though but I know they are still current for Linux (Mint-Ubuntu).
I no longer have access to a Widows or MacOS system to check the other
OS.
