[GNC] Control+PageDown does nothing, Control+PageUp works

Every version I've used over the past six plus years from the Debian
archives including version 5.10 in Debian 13 has behaved similarly.  I
just chalked it up to intended behavior even though it is quite unlike
other GTK applications in this manner.
