[GNC] unvoid

Patrick left out a crucial detail in his summary sentence: They were unable to unvoid voided transactions when there was no void reason.

The cause was that the transaction unvoid function checked the void reason and if it was empty decided that the transaction wasn’t voided and silently bailed. I changed that to check the void date-time that is always set. Pushed to git just now so it will be in tomorrow’s nightlies and GnuCash 5.17.
